An artisanal creation born in the heart of the Provençal vineyard
Château Sainte Roseline unveils a new creation: Vermouth by Roseline, an artisanal rosé vermouth made from our own Provençal rosé wine.
Designed in collaboration with the Sentema distillery, located in Correns, Provence, this vermouth embodies a fresh, floral, and Mediterranean interpretation of the aperitif. It is a creation that extends the estate’s identity, in the heart of the Var, while exploring a new aromatic universe.
A rosé vermouth crafted in Provence
Vermouth by Roseline was born from a simple desire: to reinvent the aperitif using our estate rosé wine.
To achieve this, our wine is combined with a selection of carefully chosen plants and citrus fruits, which are slowly infused to reveal their aromas. The blend is then balanced with a touch of natural sweetness from the grape, creating a harmonious, expressive, and perfectly balanced vermouth.
Wormwood, linden, rosemary, rose geranium, and grapefruit bring this fresh, Mediterranean aromatic signature. All ingredients are organically grown.
With its 16% alcohol content, Roseline Vermouth offers an accessible profile, ideal as an aperitif.

On the nose, Vermouth by Roseline reveals floral and aromatic notes, supported by citrus fruits and fresh herbs.
On the palate, the balance is subtle: freshness, a light sweetness, and a delicate bitterness on the finish. The result is refreshing, elegant, and original.
