A treasure of our region, truffles will be honored at Château Sainte Roseline during its traditional day dedicated to the "Black Diamond" on Sunday, January 18, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
🍽 "Around the Truffle" gourmet lunch at 12:30 p.m. (reservation required):
A six-course gourmet menu designed by the talented Chef Nathan Helo to pair with wines.
Indulge in a taste of haute cuisine in the cosy atmosphere of our barrel room and enjoy the conviviality of our shared table concept.

Nathan Helo, a young chef with an exceptional career: Born in Hyères, Nathan Helo, 36, has cultivated a passion for gastronomy since his childhood in the family restaurant Le Layet. Trained in prestigious establishments (Lou Fassum in Grasse, the Rostang group in Paris, and the George V under the direction of David Bizet), he then opened his own restaurant in the heart of Paris, DUPIN, where he creates sublime seasonal vegetarian cuisine. In 2024, he worked at the gourmet restaurant Le Bougainvillier at the Villa Mauresque in Saint-Raphaël, showcasing Mediterranean produce and delighting the most discerning palates, including that of President Emmanuel Macron... Today, he continues his culinary adventure at the Lou Patio restaurant, within the prestigious 5-star Le Saint-Rémy hotel.

- Food and wine pairing menu at €139/person
- Children's menu without truffles at $25 (for children under 12) in the reservation tab. Chef's cordon bleu, homemade purée, chocolate mousse, and fruit juice.

There will also be lots of free entertainment:
- Truffles on sale in the Château shop,
- A “gourmet corner” will be open all day in the cellar courtyard, offering truffle-based products to enjoy on site or take away. You'll find our truffle farmer's traditional Brouillades, charcuterie/cheese boards, spreads, ravioli, risotto, crepes... a real treat for foodies!
- Wine bar and outdoor terrace for a convivial moment outside.
- Truffle hunting demonstration with a truffle dog at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. in the parking lot in front of the Château.
- Guided tour of the classified site, including a visit to the 12th-century Cloister garden and the Château's cellars to discover the expertise behind our wines!
Tour departure: 11:00 a.m. (this time is compatible with the gourmet lunch). Tour duration: 45 minutes. Wine tasting available after the tour at the Château.
Prices: €15/person (€10 for ages 12-17, free for children under 12).
