Roseline launches its spirits: Roseline Gin & Origine
Passionate about new projects, Aurélie Bertin, the estate’s owner, is committed to developing products that align with her estate’s long-term vision and CSR commitments.
This is how the idea was born to create two spirits, each with its own distinct identity.
The project came to fruition in collaboration with Lolita, founder of the Sentema distillery located in Correns, Provence. This partnership arose from a meeting where discussions highlighted the shared values between the distillery and Château Sainte Roseline: passion, history, expertise, strong commitments, femininity…
Together with Lolita, a passionate and dedicated distiller, we have therefore created two unique, original spirits inspired by our Roseline universe.
On the one hand, a 100% organic Gin de Provence with delicate Provençal flavors, and on the other, a gin-inspired eau-de-vie, produced by distilling our wines as a tribute to the distinctive character of Sainte Roseline wines.

ROSELINE GIN
London Dry Gin – 70cl
Maceration
The botanicals and fruits are steeped in neutral alcohol. This cold maceration lasts 48 hours to extract the maximum amount of aromas.
Distillation
The macerate is then distilled in a small still at the Sentema distillery under the watchful eye of Lolita, the distiller.
Tasting Notes
A supple, balanced, and full-bodied palate with a beautiful texture. Superb balance between citrus and savory. Lots of freshness and a lovely aromatic finish.
Signature cocktail
The Roseline Fizz: 4.5 cl Roseline Gin, 1.5 cl lime juice, 1.5 cl thyme syrup, grapefruit soda with fleur de sel.

ORIGINE
70 cl
Botanicals
A subtle blend of grapefruit peel, Timut peppercorns, Damask rose, angelica root, coriander seeds, and rose geranium.
Maceration
The botanicals and fruits are placed in a still heated by a water bath. The flame heats the water (a long, gentle, “hand-controlled” heating process) for a 48-hour maceration that releases the maximum amount of flavor.
Distillation
The wine is distilled in an old pot still over a direct flame. A first run to separate the wine from the distillate, followed by a second run in another still to transform the distillate into brandy.
Tasting Notes
Combining elegance with aromatic power, Origine reveals its complexity through a silky texture and a beautiful, lingering finish. The essence of Château Sainte Roseline’s wines in a gin.
Signature cocktail
The Original: 4 cl Origine, 1.5 cl Crème de pêche de vigne, sprigs of rosemary, tonic water.
