You have always dreamed of eating gourmet cuisine concocted by the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) without going to a gourmet restaurant. Château Sainte Roseline offers you the best solution, the « Good Truck » vagaBon, which offers « truckonomic » cuisine.
From May 31 to September 30, vagaBon will be packing its bags at Château Sainte Roseline from Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The concept
« Truckonomic » cuisine is cuisine of high taste, (gastronomic) available in close collaboration with 19 of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France partners. Under the leadership of Philippe Joannes MOF 2000 and President of the MOF Région Sud, this “Dream Team of Excellence '' which has accumulated 13 Michelin stars has created 40 totally “truconomic” dishes especially for vagaBon.
These dishes will be cooked by the executive chef of vagaBon Nina Maloyan, talented chef based in Dracénie, member of the Sorority of "Eléonores de Provence", women entrepreneurs, winegrowers, chefs, eager to defend the Art of Living in Provence.
Fully associated with the value of the transmission dear to the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, vagaBon will pay the « royalties » relating to the recipes specially created for the benefit of the actions of the MOF Région Sud association to support young people on the paths of excellence through the « One of the Best Apprentices in France » competition.

The place
Nothing better than to associate quality cuisine with a place as grandiose as the Château Sainte Roseline. The vagaBon food truck will be located at the plane tree alley in the heart of the estate in the shade of its bicentenary trees in a bucolic setting. The vagaBon will be at Château Sainte Roseline from May 31 to September 30, 2021, Monday to Thursday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
You will have the opportunity to savor a « truckonomic » meal accompanied by a glass of wine from the estate, at Château Sainte Roseline in an exceptional setting, without forgetting to visit the cellar and why not buy wine in memory of this wonderful daytime.
