Since 2019, Château Sainte Roseline is certified HVE, level 3, the highest level. This certification was obtained following the implementation of a phytosanitary strategy more respectful of the environment. To go further, the vineyard obtained in 2022 the label "Organic Agriculture".
These new viticulture methods respect strict specifications, established at European level. Beyond “cleaner” fertilization, it also governs rules for managing water resources. And on this point, Château Sainte Roseline has a formidable weapon in the face of global warming, a thousand-year-old water source on the heights of its hills has naturally irrigated the vineyard below for centuries.
