The social dimension of our CSR commitments is reflected in our internal working groups, where employees can join initiatives that inspire them and contribute to meaningful improvements.
In 2024, four groups are offered:

Quality of Work Life – Developing actions to balance workplace performance with employee well-being.

Run des Demoiselles – Enhancing the event by combining the sporting challenge with a social impact (sponsorship, fundraising, volunteer recruitment).

Waste, Recycling & Resource Efficiency – Reducing waste, improving recycling, and cutting water and energy consumption.

Demoiselles Trails – Showcasing the vineyard’s trails with thoughtful pathways and signage.
