Perle de Roseline Blanc 2016

A la vigne :
The conduct of the vine is traditional and respects the natural local elements while adapting the intricacies of each varietal. The share trading is controlled by the establishment of a charter with our production partners and continuous monitoring by our winemakers. We assure ourselves a part of winemaking.

Récolte :
The grapes are harvested from late August to late September and vinified separately.

Vinification :
The berries are pressed gently with pneumatic presses, under nitrogen atmosphere, thus avoiding the extraction of tannins. The grape juice is racked before fermentation starts. Temperatures are maintained at 18 ° C throughout the fermentation, which lasts from 10 to 14 days. Once it is completed, the wines are racked gross lees and refrigerated, for blocking the malolactic fermentation and obtaining a more efficient clarification.
