A la vigne :
The vineyard is managed traditionally, in accordance with the land’s natural features and with the aim of adapting to each varietal’s specificities. The quality of the techniques used is verified by a production charter with our partners, as well as constant monitoring by our oenologist.

Récolte :
From late August to late September, varietals are mostly hand-picked and then processed separately.

Vinification :
Moderate pump-over and shorter vatting enable us to extract fine, elegant tannins, so the wine is soon ready for drinking. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine goes through malolactic fermentation.
