The new wine cellar is built on three levels. In this way, after manual sorting, the transport of the harvest is done by gravity, thus handling the berries with greater care.
The ultra modern vat room is composed of 70 vats, all of them thermo-regulated, with a total capacity of 9000 hl.
To obtain highly concentrated red wines, we have equipped 15 of our vats with a system of punching of the cap, and five of them are made of wood.
We continue our efforts in the two wine cellars devoted to maturing of the wine. The first, devoted to the ageing of the reds, can accommodate 8 tuns and 300 barrels. The second, for the whites and the rosés, accommodates 260 barrels.
The two underground wine cellars allow us to elaborate 240 000 bottles in the best of conditions. To preserve the essence of our produce, the barrel makers are rigorously selected, and every 3 years the barrels are replaced.
